Summary

Review
It’s incredible that the author shared a lot of important things that helped him in his journey as a carer, in hope of helping others in their journey too. The only things that are hindering me in providing a perfect rating would be its poor editing and its conflicting comment on the first part. Before he shared his story, he provided a glimpse of what the readers can expect and he referred to them as chapter numbers, but then the book doesn’t have any chapter numbers in them, only titles.
Nevertheless, I am giving this book 4 out of 5 stars. This is a valuable tool that can help unpaid carers, mental health carers, carer advocates, and anyone who cares for someone who is suffering from a mental illness.
