Summary

A Las Vegas Affair is a romance novel by Arlene Krieger. Noel and Brea meet at a university and fall in love. Coming from different family background, their status gap couldn’t hinder them from being together, even if Noel’s mother opposes their relationship. With both of them having different aspirations, and with people stepping into their life, would they have a lasting relationship?

Review

I miss this kind of romance! This is so reminiscent of the stories back in the day when the guy comes from a rich family, and the girl comes from a struggling one. This story is nostalgic! I like them sneaking out just to be together, longing to be with each other when they’re away, and the excitement when the guy calls the girl and the girl plays hard-to-get. I love that the story doesn't only focus on the romance between Noel and Brea, but also their aspirations.

I’m giving this 5 out of 5 stars. It’s a well-described narrative and a perfect manifestation of what young love feels like, and how it matures along the way. I highly recommend this book to readers who are into romance novels.
