Summary
Angry Tom is a children’s book from the Thought Leader series by Adam Khedoori. It’s a story about a boy named Tom who gets angry when things don't go his way. He would cry, scream, stomp, throw things, or even hold his breath. Despite being able to do all his hobbies and getting everything that he wants, he easily gets angry. It turned out that Tom was just seeking attention and connection, so his dad allotted time every morning to spend quality time with him and his brother.
Review
This book is a great tool to build connection between children and parents. The story is something that everyone can relate with because having a child who always throws tantrums is a very familiar issue. Aside from this book being a tool for children, it will also be very beneficial to parents, teachers, or guardians because in addition to the story about Tom, there’s more material that can be utilized; the book contains very informative tools that will be useful in a child’s upbringing.
I’m giving this book 5 out of 5 stars. It’s enlightening, very informative, relatable, contains amazing illustrations, and teaches the value of time and effective parenting. This high-quality material is recommended to children 3 – 12 years old.
