Summary
I’m Sure Glad It’s Just Me is a children’s book by Tammy Brown. It’s about Herman the mouse who seems content for being the only little mouse in the red barn. As he sees how very dependent baby animals can be, and how uncomfortable it is to take care of them, he feels glad that it’s just him. Surprised to see a baby mouse in his room, he doesn’t like it at first. But when he holds it in his arms and the baby mouse squeezes one of his fingers, he starts to grow his love and learns to share and care for the little one. He then realizes he’s glad it’s not just him.
