Shamanic Graffiti by Marcus Rummery and Frank Ogden is a historical nonfiction philosophy and insight book that provides an alternative history of the brain and its functions. It contains ample samples of psychedelic treatments, each with follow-ups and a profound evaluation of the patient’s case. Marcus Rummery also takes readers back into the history of Hollywood Hospital’s addiction treatments with LSD, where Frank Ogden played a big role.
Review
I’m in awe. It felt so much as if I have accidentally discovered an ancient journal that will serve as a great treasure during these trying times. It has an in-depth analysis of psychedelic therapy that was written in a comprehensible manner. The level of history, research, insight, and first-hand experiences were priceless, and the authors have presented this book the best way that they could by revealing the treatment process of patients with addictions, PTSD, sexual abuse, and traumas. I’m giving this book 5 out of 5 stars and I recommend it to ALL readers who want a revitalizing experience.
